Offices Proposed At 3855 Watseka Avenue In Culver City

A new office building has been proposed for development at 3855 Watseka Avenue in Culver City. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story office building that will replace a surface parking lot and two small office buildings on the site.

The project is a joint venture between LPC West and Clarion Partners. Gensler is responsible for the designs.

Plans call for the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for office use that spans an area of 145,831 square feet. Parking for 551 vehicles will be established in a three-level parking garage below the building.

Renderings reveal a facade designed in glass and concrete, featuring a sawtooth roofline. Plans also call for high ceilings, mass timber elements, and various amenity decks and balconies for use by residents.

A project application has been submitted and the City Planning Commission will be reviewing the plans this week. If approved, the construction is expected to be completed in 2024. timeline has not been announced yet.
