Structural framing has been completed for a five-story mixed-use building at 3727 South Robertson Boulevard in Culver City. The full height and footprint of the project are now visible, with the wood-framed levels constructed above a concrete base. The project is being developed and constructed by Icon West, Inc., with design work by BOLADarck.
The building is arranged as a five-story structure with residential levels positioned above lower-floor uses. Open sections within the upper floors indicate an internal atrium configuration, forming an L-shaped void that allows light into the interior of the building. Portions of the upper levels are set back along the primary frontage, creating space for outdoor areas.

Plans for the project include 12 residential units, along with office and ground-floor commercial space. The office component totals approximately 5,000 square feet, while the commercial space accounts for roughly 1,700 square feet. Parking is incorporated within the structure, with 23 spaces provided on-site.
Three of the residential units are designated for below-market-rate occupancy in accordance with approval conditions. The residential portion is composed of two-bedroom units arranged across the upper floors. Exterior materials are specified as a combination of painted stucco and brick, as indicated in project plans.
With framing complete, the project is moving into the next phase of construction, including exterior enclosure and interior buildout.
