A new residential project has been planned for development at 717 Lyon Street in Santa Ana. The project proposal includes the development of 51 townhomes

Orange County-based homebuilder Warmington Residential is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the designs. Orange County Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Trust owns the site.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2.3 acres. Plans call for the construction of 51 townhomes. Eight out of the total townhomes will be reserved for low-income households earning between 50-80 percent of the area’s median income. The residences will be developed within a series of three-story buildings, offering 105 parking stalls and 17,800 square feet of open landscaped areas. The townhomes will feature two and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,300 square feet to 1,990 square feet.

The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
