The project site is a parcel spanning an area of approximately 8,000 square feet. The new development will bring sixty-nine micro-units in an eight-story building. There will be no parking on the site. The average built-up area of the units is 375 square feet. On-site amenities are inclusive of a rooftop deck, a lounge, and co-working space.

Renderings reveal a contemporary podium-style building with five levels of wood-frame construction above three levels of concrete base. Cantilevered balconies will wrap the apartment facade.
