1621 North McCadden Place is taking shape, in Hollywood. The project will bring 69 new micro units to a 7,400 square foot lot. Housing Diversity Corporation, out of Seattle, is the developer behind the project.
Another residential complex will soon be available on the market at 1621 North McCadden Place in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of an apartment complex with micro-units and no parking. Vertical construction is now complete for the project situated south of Hollywood and Highland. Seattle-based real estate development firm Housing Diversity Corporation is the project developer. Steinberg Hart is managing the design concepts and construction.
