Expansion is underway for a multifamily residential project planned at 3812 South Dunn Drive in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of forty-two apartments that will be appended to an existing building developed by the same developer.
West Los Angeles-based developer, California Landmark Group (CLG), acquired the Dunn Drive site in 2018 from Napa Industries for $7 million.

The project site is located next to a seven-story building featuring eighty-six apartments at 3838 Apartments. The new development will add forty-two one-bedroom residences to the existing adjacent structure, resulting in a total of 128 dwelling units. Eleven units will be set aside for low-income households. One level of basement parking will be developed on the site.
Approved renderings reveal a contemporary design implemented in the podium-style building. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site is situated across the street from another under-construction 40-unit apartment complex and other mixed-use projects with residential spaces.
