A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1201 North Gower Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story apartment building offering 100+ apartments. Plans call for the demolition of an existing building built in the 1940s featuring 28 residential units. California Landmark Group is the project developer. PK Architecture and SQLA are responsible for the designs.
