Apartment Tower Proposed at 140 South Camden Drive, Beverly Hills LA
A new high-rise residential tower has been proposed for development at 140 South Camden Drive in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new 15-story residential tower. The tower will replace an eight-unit apartment building built in the early 1930s. Wilshire Camden, LLC, an entity helmed by Max Netty is the project applicant. CARA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
