Construction Underway At 1623 West Manchester Avenue In Los Angeles
A new residential project is taking shape and form at its project site at 1623 W Manchester Avenue in the Manchester Square neighborhood in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses, along with onsite parking. The project replaces Southside Church’s parking lot. John Stanley, Inc in partnership with Innovative Housing Opportunities are the project developers. BSB Design is responsible for the designs.
