A new residential project has been slated for development at 214 North Berendo Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family housing complex. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family home and duplex on the site. Midos Development is the project applicant. Aaron Brumer & Associates is responsible for the design concepts.
