A new housing project has been proposed for development at 22801 South Vermont Avenue in West Carson, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story building offering apartments for low-income households. The project replaces a vacant auto repair shop and retail building on the site. Non-profit developer and service provider PATH Ventures is the project sponsor. KFA Architecture and Placed Interior Design are responsible for the designs.
