New Residential Buildings Approved For 2413 North Silver Lake Boulevard In Silver Lake
Los Angeles planning officials have approved a residential expansion at 2413-2499 North Silver Lake Boulevard. The project would add new apartment buildings to an existing multifamily property while keeping the site’s current housing in place. The project is proposed by Fang Qian Morgan, Fang Qian Morgan EGST Trust, and Seth James Morgan EGST Trust. DFH Architects is responsible for the design.
