Apartments Planned at 2930 South Sepulveda Boulevard, Rancho Park, Los Angeles
A new residential complex has been proposed for development at 2930 South Sepulveda Boulevard in Rancho Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story building offering 77 apartments. The project site is currently developed with a Bank of America branch office, which will be replaced once the residential project is approved. George Garikian of Kareco is the property owner and applicant. TCA Architects is responsible for the designs.
