Another new mixed-use project has been given approvals for construction at 3209-3227 West Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces. Plans call for the demolition of a collision repair center on the site. Downtown-based firm RYDA is the project developer. MVE + Partners is responsible for the design concepts.
