A new residential project could soon be seen taking form and shape at 3601 Mission Road in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story apartment complex, replacing a parking lot on the site. Lincoln Park Holdings, LLC, affiliated with Brenner Capital, is the project applicant. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the designs.
