A new large-scale mixed0use project has been proposed for development at 6300 West 3rd Street in Mid-Wilshire in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project is replacing the eastern half of the Town & Country shopping center. Holland Partner Group is the project developer. MVE + Partners is designing the project.
