High-Rise Office Tower Proposed At 405 South Hewitt Street, Arts District, Los Angeles
A five-year-old proposal is all revamped with a high-rise building proposed at 405 South Hewitt Street in Arts District, Los Angeles. The new project proposal includes the constructon of a 18-story high-rise building offering office spaces spanning 340,000 square feet. Legendary Group is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts. Cushman & Wakefield is also on the project development team.
