Affordable Senior Housing Proposed In Hollywood, Los Angeles
A new affordable housing project for seniors will be soon developed at 5645 West Fernwood Avenue and 5636 De Longpre Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 26-story on a surface parking lot and marks the transformation of the landmark Hollywood Western Building. Local real estate development firm ABS Properties is the project developer. Cuningham Group is responsible for the design concepts.
