Mixed-Use Planned At 576 West Obama Boulevard, Los Angeles
A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 5760 West Obama Boulevard in Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use featuring apartments and retail space. The project calls for the demolition of the existing parking and commercial buildings. Farzad Nourollah of FN Property Investments, LLC is the project owner. Daryoush Safai is designing the project.
