A new residential project is under construction at 10939 Ohio Avenue in Westwood. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering spaces for residential units and basement parking. The project calls for the demolition of two small residential buildings dating the 1940s. Century City-based investor Brennen Hakimiam is the project developer. Warren Techentin Architecture is responsible for the designs.
