Mid-Sized Mixed-Use Project Proposed at 340 North Central Avenue in Downtown Glendale
A long underused surface parking lot in Downtown Glendale could soon be replaced by a contemporary mixed-use building. Plans reviewed by the city’s Design Review Board detail a six-story project at 340 North Central Avenue, combining 20 apartments, 960 square feet of ground-floor retail, and subterranean parking for 21 vehicles. The development is led by 340 Central Properties, LLC. Domus Design is responsible for architecture.
