A new residential project has been proposed for development at 9900 Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story luxury mixed-use building featuring spaces for residential and commercial uses. The project site previously housed the Friars Club in Beverly Hills. New York-based Nahla Capital and Los Angeles-based GPI Cos are the project developers.
