A new office building will soon be seen developing at 8631-8635 Hayden Place in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale office building replacing a light industrial building. Hackman Capital Partners and IDS Real Estate Group have teamed up to develop the project. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts.
