A new residential project has been approved for development at 825 Hyperion Avenue in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of apartments. Plans call for the demolition of a single-family home and a three-unit multifamily residential property on the site. Los Angeles-based Lazer Properties is the project applicant and the property owner. Kevin Tsai Architecture is designing the building.
