A new residential project has been slated for development at 214 North Berendo Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family housing complex. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building, replacing a historic triplex from the 1930s. North Hollywood-based entity called DHR Properties, LLC is the project developer. Aaron Brumer & Associates is responsible for the design concepts.
