A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2020 East First Street in Santa Ana. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential community offering 80 residences. The project calls for the demolition of a vacant office building that was built in the 1980s. Meritage Homes Project is the project developer. Kevin L. Crook Architect Inc is responsible for the designs. C2 Collaborative serving is the landscape architect.
