Office Tower Signed Off At 6450 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood, Los Angeles
Los Angeles City Planning Commission has signed off on an office tower proposed at 6450 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 15-story mid-rise office tower. Plans call for razing several existing commercial building, including a Staples office supply store. Millennium Partners and Shorenstein Properties are the project developers. Gensler is designing the project.
