Affordable Housing Rising At 10400 South San Pedro Street In Green Meadows
A new affordable housing project is taking shape and form at 10400 South San Pedro Street in Green Meadows. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering spaces for 47 residential units at affordable rates. The project site is the site of Southside Bethel Baptist Church. Hermosa Beach-based firm RMG Housing is the project developer. City records list Brian Noteware as the architect for the project.
