Expansion and remodeling work has been proposed for a single-family residence located at 642 North Erskine Drive in Palisades. The project proposal include the addition and remodeling to a new two-story single-family residence with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and a garage. Plans call for the demolition of portions of an existing single-family residence. Patterns is responsible for the designs.
