Expansion and remodeling work has been proposed for a single-family residence located at 642 North Erskine Drive in Palisades. The project proposal include the addition and remodeling to a new two-story single-family residence with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and a garage. Plans call for the demolition of portions of an existing single-family residence.
Patterns is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 10,021 square feet. The scope of work includes the addition of an ADU resulting in a two-story single-family residence with a two-car garage. The expansion will result in the total built-up area to increase from 1,916 square feet to 3,228 square feet.

The ADU will span an area of 953 square feet. The new floor plan showcases five bedrooms and three bathrooms for the residence.
