A new residential project has been proposed for construction at 1239 South Glendale Avenue in Glendale. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story building offering spaces for residential units and office use.
New York-based East End Capital is the project developer. Relativity Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2.2 acres. The project will bring a new three-story building spanning an area of 97,000 square feet. Named East End Studios, the complex will be a mixed-use complex offering spaces for residential and office uses. Upon completion, the three-story structure will feature two soundstages at its ground floor and 36,000 square feet of offices above. Additional components of the complex will include a rooftop deck and parking for 113 vehicles.

Renderings reveal that the structure will be clad in concrete, fiber cement panels, blackened steel mullions, and wood-finish cement louvers.

The developer purchased the project site for $20 million in 2020. The project is anticipated to debut in 2024. The project site is located two blocks east of Brand Boulevard in Glendale.
