A new residential project has been proposed for development at 10310 Adella Avenue in South Gate. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential community offering 50 townhomes.
City Ventures is the project developer. KTGY and C2 Collaborative are the responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new residential community offering 54 three-story residences. Plans call for a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,304 to 1,705 square feet in size. The townhome community will also offer 12,000 square feet of common open space, including pedestrian walkways, lawn areas, and a central park area for use by residents.
The City of South Gate will require that six of the new homes will be reserved for moderate-income buyers.
Construction is expected to last over a period of 13 months after groundbreaking in June 2025. The project site is a vacant lot located toward west of the Los Angeles River in South Gate.
