A seven-story mixed-use development is moving forward at 11905 Wilshire Boulevard in Brentwood with 81 apartments above ground-floor commercial space. The housing program is divided among 23 studios, 39 one-bedroom apartments, and 19 two-bedroom apartments. Nine of the homes are reserved for very-low-income households.
The commercial component totals 4,018 square feet, including 3,047 square feet of retail and 971 square feet of restaurant space. The overall project contains approximately 66,166 square feet of floor area and is approved at a floor-area ratio of 2.94:1.

Parking is planned within one subterranean level and other portions of the building, with 105 automobile spaces and 160 bicycle spaces included in the approved program. The project also provides approximately 10,402 square feet of open space and resident amenity areas.
Carrier Johnson + Culture is designing the development. The supplied renderings show a two-level base supporting the residential floors above. A patterned screen wraps portions of the lower levels, while the upper façades are divided into light beige and off-white volumes with dark-framed windows. Stacked balconies define one side of the building, and the uppermost floor is recessed beneath a projecting roof edge.

The project is associated with Radha Group. According to the current project information provided for this article, construction is underway. The approved development replaces an existing low-rise commercial property and surface parking.
