A new small-scale residential project has been proposed for development at 2649 West Waverly Drive in Silver Lake. The project proposal includes the construction of six small lot homes. The project requires the demolition of an existing triplex built in the 1930s.
West Hollywood-based Anat Attia is listed as the project applicant. AFD Studio is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of six new small-lot residences. Plans call for the demolition of the existing residence that spans an area of 13,300 square feet. The residences will be built as a collection of contemporary four-story buildings, each featuring three bedrooms plus an attached accessory dwelling unit.
The project site overlooks the Los Angeles River. A project application was submitted earlier this month to the Planning Department, awaiting review and approval. The applicant is seeking City approvals to clear the project site and redevelop it with six single-family homes. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
