Construction work is under its full swing for a new small lot subdivision. The scope for work includes the development of four new single-family homes. The residences will stand three stories in height and feature 1,900-square-foot floor plans. Each residence will be designed featuring three bedrooms, two-car garages, and private roof decks.
Renderings reveal facades designed in corrugated metal and stucco. The project site is located one block south of Pico Boulevard.
