A small-scale new mixed-use project is under construction at 2344 Bundy Drive in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story mixed-use development offering apartments and ground-floor retail space.
Cohaus is the project developer.
The project site is an empty parcel toward the southeast corner of Bundy Drive and Tennessee Place. The scope of work includes the construction of a new five-story duplex that will also include ground-floor commercial space and a recreation room. Renderings showcase a modern design for the low-rise structure capped with a rooftop deck.
The project site is located a short walk south of Expo/Bundy Station. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
