A new residential development has been proposed at 16215 Bonsallo Avenue in Harbor Gateway. The project, titled Bonsallo 9, is being developed by Luigi Schiappa Development Inc., with dlR Design, Inc. responsible for the design.
The proposal would bring nine two-story townhomes to the property. Plans show a mix of three-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, with seven larger homes and two smaller units. Each residence would include an attached garage, with most homes planned with two-car garages and the two smaller units planned with one-car garages.

The site plan arranges the homes in a single row along an internal drive aisle, with access connecting back to Bonsallo Avenue. The plans also show a fire access lane, guest parking, private open space, and common open space. The project site is a 20,988-square-foot lot.
The three-bedroom homes are planned in two versions. Plan A is shown with approximately 1,433 square feet of livable area, while Plan B is shown with approximately 1,652 square feet of livable area. The two-bedroom homes, identified as Plans C.1 and C.2, are shown with approximately 906 square feet and 948 square feet of livable area.
