Site preparation has begin to construct townhomes at 15275 Normandie Avenue in Gardena, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of townhomes on a site that was used to store RVs.
Local real estate development G3 Urban is the project developer. Borstein Enterprises is financing the project
Named Normandie Place, the project will be developed on a parcel spanning an area of 0.89 acre. The new residential community will consists of 30 townhomes offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans.

Normandie Place will include 27 market rate units and 3 affordable units. A rendering depicts the project with a series of contemporary three-story buildings.
G3 Urban has other under-construction projects, two townhome complexes, now taking shape on Rosecrans Avenue.
