A new multifamily residential building is under construction at 1375 St. Andrews Place in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story apartment building offering residential and onsite parking spaces.
Holland Partner Group is behind the project. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts.
Named Ardence & Bloom, the project is being developed on an L-shaped parcel. The project will bring 185 apartment units into an eight-story building. The units will be offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. A three-level car parking garage with a capacity of 294 cars will be designed on the site. The project will retain a small theater hosting live productions, which sits to the south of the new construction, and is included in the overall project site.
Renderings reveal a podium-type building including common amenities such as a courtyard, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a rooftop deck.
Completion is expected in Spring 2023, per a landing page on the Holland Partner Group website. The property site is located a block south of the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Western Avenue.
