A new mixed-use residential project is on the rise at 414 Main Street in Huntington Beach. The project proposal includes the development of four-story podium-type building, offering spaces for residential and retail uses.
C3 Development is the project developer. JZMK Partners is the project architect.
Named ShoreHouse, the sale prices will start at $1.38 million. The project will consist of a four-story podium-type building that will feature 20 condominiums on its upper floors and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail below. A geometric abstraction of a wave, highlights the rooftop deck that offers views of Main Street and the pier. The facade will be developed of board formed concrete and composite wood cladding.
ShoreHouse will offer eight different one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,196 to 1,941 square feet in size. Completion of ShoreHouse is expected in 2023.
The project site is located at the heart of downtown, where Main Street bends, connecting the Civic Core to the Pier District.
