Ribbon Cutting At 1010 Wilshire Boulevard In Downtown Los Angeles
After three years of construction, a nine-story apartment building is now open at 1010 Wilshire Boulevard in Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use apartment building offering retail space. The new building is an expansion of an existing property on the site. Amidi Group is the project developer. El Segundo-based Bijan & Associates is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
