Redevelopment proposals have been submitted for a project site located at 1047 North Crescent Heights Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a senior affordable housing community offering 40 units. Santa Monica-based Community Corp. of Santa Monica is planning to redevelop with site.
