Site Prep Begins For Apartments At 110 West Imperial Highway, Broadway-Manchester
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 110 West Imperial Highway in Broadway-Manchester, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story apartment building offering 100+ apartments and space for onsite parking. Plans call for the demolition of a shuttered car wash on the site. SoLa Impact is the project developer. Breen Engineering is responsible for the designs.
