Apartments Underway At 1110 South Spaulding Avenue In Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles
A new apartment complex is rising, taking form and shape at its project site at 1110 South Spaulding Avenue in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story apartment complex offering spaces for residential use and onsite parking. The new development replaced a single-family home from the 1930s on the site near the Asterisk. Miranda Capital Group LLC is the project developer. Uriu & Associates is responsible for the designs.
