A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1112-1118 North Columbus Avenue in Glendale. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story multi-family residential building offering market-rate and affordable. The project calls for the demolition of three existing residential dwelling units onsite built in 1922, 1941 and 1948. KTGY Architecture is responsible for the designs.
