A new small-scale apartment complex is rising at 1128 37th Drive in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new apartment complex offering seven units. The project replaced an existing single-family residence on the site. Los Angeles-based Tripalink is the project developer. Next Architecture is responsible for the designs.
