A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 1128 37th Drive in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new apartment building offering seven apartments and commercial space.
Los Angeles-based Tripalink is the project developer. Next Architecture is responsible for the designs.

Wood framing can be seen for an apartment complex proposed to offer seven residential units upon completion. The apartment building will also offer small commercial space spanning an area of 200 square feet on the ground floor. The project replaced a single-family residence on the site.

In exchange for Transit Oriented Communities incentives, permitting a taller building than zoning rules would otherwise allow, a portion of the new apartments must be set aside for rent as affordable housing.
The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
