Apartment Building Planned At 11540 Santa Monica Boulevard
A new apartment building has been proposed for development at 11540 Santa Monica Boulevard in Sawtelle. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building. The project could call for replacing Santa Monica Glatt Kosher Market, a two-story retail center of the site. Santa Fe Springs-based company Golden Springs Development Co is the property owner. AC Martin is designing the building.
