A new small-scale residential project has been proposed for development at 1158 West 37th Pl. in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new apartment complex offering seven units. Once approved, the project calls for the demolition of an early 20th century home on the site. New Materials Corp is the project applicant. Next Architecture is responsible for the designs.
