Apartments Ready at 125 Long Beach Boulevard, Downtown Long Beach
A new apartment complex has reached completion at 125 Long Beach Boulevard in Downtown Long Beach. The project proposal includes the construction of a new eight-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. The mixed-use replaced a surface parking lot on the site. Orange County-based developer Raintree Partners is the project developer. Carrier Johnson + Culture is responsible for the designs.
